Salary:                 £47,653 - £71,479 per annum, pro rata
                                 (Actual £28,591.80 - £42,887.40)

This post attracts a 'Golden Hello' payment of £5,000 applicable to new applicants taking a substantive post. £2,500 will be payable after the first month of employment and £2,500 will be paid after six months*.

 Community Dental Services CIC are looking for a clinician who identifies with our values as a Social Enterprise and is passionate about providing care for those most at need.  

Applications are invited from enthusiastic dentists for this post based At Boston Health Clinic, providing a wide range of care. Training opportunities will be provided to develop skills and competencies with special care and paediatric patients, such as sedation. There will be opportunities to participate with care under sedation and general anaesthesia.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will deliver dental treatment and preventative care to patients and clients of Community Dental Services.  Lincolnshire clinics provide dental care for many groups in the community including adults and children patients with additional needs.  Peripatetic cover will be required to support clinics across the county including domiciliary care, epidemiological surveys.

You must be GDC registered and have an active NHS England performer number.
