Salary: £430 per day (7.5 hours)
An exciting new opportunity for dental associates to work for Community Dental Services CIC. CDS is a social enterprise that is focused on enabling our communities to enjoy a better quality of life. You will provide a full range of NHS care to offenders in HMP sites at HMP Hollesley Bay and HMP Warren Hill as follows:
HMP Hollesley Bay – Category D prison (Open conditions) – 1 day per week
HMP Warren Hill – Category C prison – 2.5 days per month
A registered, experienced Specialist Dental Nurse will support all sessions.
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to participate in clinical audit and other clinical governance initiatives, and monitor performance to ensure the service meets the contract.
You will need to be GDC Registered be on the NHS Performer List. Enhanced DBS and the ability to meet Ministry of Justice clearance will be required.
It is essential you can fulfil the travel requirements of the post.
Candidates must be well motivated, ethical and have good communication skills.
