For those with more experience at band 6 level, there are developmental opportunities in FCP (First Contact Practitioner), MSK Triage, Pain, Advanced Assessment Clinics (AAC) and Management.  We will consider part time or full time and we would consider a static or rotational post at any of the localities if the service need requires it.

We offer excellent in-service training, one to one clinical development and regular peer support to all our Band 6 staff; currently we are supporting several staff to complete their MSc. Every member of staff also receives a comprehensive yearly appraisal to assist in their development.
