Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (BCHC) would love to hear from you, as we are seeking to recruit Bank Level 6 Bank Community Children’s Palliative Care Nurses for flexible working opportunities in Birmingham via our Temporary Staffing Department

Main duties of the job

Our Palliative Care Nurses have continuing responsibility to ensure that the Children's Community Nurses and Palliative Care Nurses provide a holistic nursing service offering psychosocial support to parents and children with life limiting conditions and those in the terminal phase of their lives in conjunction with the Community Children’s Nursing (CCN) team. 

They work autonomously and act independently working within BCHC Policy, procedures and guidelines.

We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people’s homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services.
