PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CLINICAL STUDENT ADMINISTRATOR

The Education & Development Department is seeking a capable, enthusiastic team member who would be responsible for student administration across the Professional Development Team.

Applicants must have experience of using Microsoft Office, with advanced experience of Excel, Outlook and Word.  Additionally you should be able to demonstrate excellent, written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; be an effective team worker, be confident in dealing with and enjoy working with people, face to face, on the telephone and in writing.

You should have the ability to work without direct supervision, using initiative where necessary but being able to recognise issues which require referral to Line Management; maintaining a customer focus in all aspects of work, whilst managing conflicting priorities and working flexibly as appropriate to workload; have the ability to manage repetitive process driven tasks; have experience of dealing with sensitive/confidential information; be able to produce accurately detailed information routinely and for project work  and excellent organisational skills e.g. time management, meeting deadlines, producing work plans in line with priorities.

Travel to various sites and meetings will be required as part of the role.
