The post holder will provide clinical input in the integrated acute care pathway. The routine work involves assessing new patients referred to home treatment and the ongoing treatment and management of patients under the care of home treatment for management and treatment of acute psychiatric episodes. In-reach to the acute wards to support and identify patients suitable to continue their treatment under the home treatment team is also a component of the model of care and service delivery.

Gweithio i'n sefydliad

We have obtained additional investment to augment our current crisis resolution and home treatment teams with key additional staff including specialty grade psychiatrists. This means that we now have the opportunity to recruit 3 more doctors to our home treatment service. Our investment means that there will be posts across our West and Solihull Home Treatment teams.
