This will include visiting and co-delivering training within clinical areas with the wider RRI team. The post holder will need to be able to travel across the Trust to multiple sites as part of this role.  A recognised teaching qualification would be advantageous, Individuals will be trained to deliver the Trusts RRI (AVERTS) programme, therefore previous trainer experience is desirable but not essential.

Main duties of the job

The Trust is looking for a highly motivated individual who has experience and an interest in the on-going reduction of restrictive practices and restrictive physical interventions to join and lead our RRI training team.
