Job overview
An opportunity as arisen for an experienced administrator to work within Maternity. The post holder will provide support for the Post Natal team at Birmingham Women's Hospital as the Post Natal Inpatient Administrator.
Main duties of the job
As an integral part of the Postnatal team, your role assists in providing a comprehensive, effective secretarial and administrative service for Wards 1, 3 and 4.
You will support the Matron and Ward Sisters with a range of administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, updating ERostering, photocopying, scanning of documents and registers, maintaining databases, and dealing with enquiries.
