This role is being advertised as both a fixed term 12 month contract with a view to make the post permanent.

Main duties of the job
Role Purpose:
To provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the Estates and Facilities Department. To be overseen by the Primary Care E&F Programme Support Manager.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- • GCSE’s grade C and above in English Language or equivalent and GCSE Math’s or equivalent. • Previous experience of secretarial/administrative work at a similar level
Desirable criteria
- • NVQ Business administration level I, II, III

- • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both verbally and in writing. (internally and externally)• Evidence of working within an office environment • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work standalone • Competent use to Microsoft Office Skills • Ability to plan, organise own workload, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good telephone manner and ability to take telephone messages accurately • Ability to use other IT packages • Ability to use other IT packages • Good numeracy skills. • Ability to undertake the taking of notes/minutes of meetings.
