Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Diabetes and Endocrinology Reception Team and work at the heart of the Department alongside our dedicated members of the team. Much of the work will be reception duties and as such the post holder will be our front line ambassador to our patients. You will often be the first and the last person our patients see so effective communication skills will be vital.
The post holder will also support our clinics administratively to help ensure the clinicians and the patients have the best possible experience and the clinics run as effectively as possible. Likewise at times you will be required to answer the Diabetes Hotline telephone calls eloquently and in a timely manner.
