An NHS ‎Organization‎ that continually strives to improve patients’ experiences and outcomes. The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust are looking to appoint a proactive and enthusiastic Outpatient Support Clerk to work as part of a team to provide effective administrative support to the Community Paediatric outpatient clinics.

Duties will include administrative work associated with patient attendance, responding to patient enqurieis and covering for colleagues at times of absence. You should have a polite, friendly manner, and be able to deal with sensitive and confidential information professionally.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of four GCSE's including English and Maths as well as having a minimum of one year's experience in a clerical post.

Applicant requirements
