Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy phlebotomy team at New Cross Hospital.
1x 20 & 1x16 hour positions - working across OPD and GP Practices. The successful candidate has to be able to drive and hold a full driving license.

Phlebotomy skills are essential for this role but training would be given to suitable candidate. You must be committed to delivering a high standard of service in line with our Trust values.
Phlebotomy duties include taking blood samples from patients, labelling tubes, and the storing of samples for Pathology.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible to work as part of a team in the Phlebotomy Department. After training they will be required to carry out phlebotomy duties in clinics and wards across the Trust. The phlebotomist will be expected to respond positively to the changing demands of the service.
