They will need to be dynamic, creative and flexible to meet the changing needs of the caseload and service.

They will possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate leadership qualities and take an active interest in teaching and development of others.

The post holder will have leadership responsibilities, manage their own caseload, whilst working as part of an interdisciplinary team alongside Nurses, Doctors, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Technicians and Speech and Language Therapists.

In service training programs and staff appraisal systems are in operation to help you develop to meet the demands of the post and support the needs and development of static and rotational staff within ICU.

The post holder will be committed to 1:4 weekend working + 2 bank holidays throughout a year.

We also wish to make candidates aware that for these roles we do not have any funding available to support successful candidates with relocation costs. As an organisation we will cover the cost of any Certificates of Sponsorships required, though that is the only cost we can support
