Job overview
To undertake concept planning to support the development, management & delivery of the Trust Space Allocation Committee programme of work and providing the basis for project delivery across Trust Sites.
Main duties of the job
- To be the point of contact in establishing service requirements associated with requests submitted to Space Allocation Committee
- To undertake key tasks in identifying space, negotiating release of space, planning moves, decant arrangements and Project delivery supporting safe, effective patient care.

Essential criteria
- Educated to Degree level in associated course of study or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
- Project Management / Change Management qualification or willingness to undertake
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience in working within Estates Development / Property Services NHS Team
- Experienced in managing and delivering multiple projects
- Experience underpinning building relationships with diverse teams / individuals to support engagement in planning and delivery of projects
Skills
Essential criteria
- Leadership skills and knowledge of managing services and people
- Ability to negotiate compromises and resolve conflict amicably
- Ability to write and present detailed reports in approved formats to ensure interpretation by other members of the multi-disciplined team / senior decision makers / external providers
