Registered Nurse (RN) will:
- Comply with the Trust policies and guidelines.

- Be responsible for delivering high quality, patient-centered, compassionate care with a focus on promoting health and independence under direct and indirect supervision.
- Be an accountable professional.
- Maintain professional registration within NMC and working in line with The Code (2018).
- Work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- Support the daily running of the UIU by taking part/leading on daily Safety Huddles in the UIU.
- Carry out specific clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency.
- Participate in the planning and delivery of individual care provided by the multi-disciplinary team.
- Supervise junior staff members/student and delegate appropriately.
- Support senior staff members and management team in service delivery.

- Willingness to undertake in-house trainings to perform urological investigations and treatments
- Recognised urethral catheterisation training

- Previous experience of working for surgical or urological department
