The Addenbrookes CUH strives to innovate and improve care to patients. You will be part of a team of highly professional and dedicated staff whose aim is to provide an excellent, patient focus service. The prime function of the unit is the preparation of diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals, in a safe and efficient manner according to Good Manufacturing Practice and National Standards.
Main duties of the job
Perform duties in Radiopharmacy to aid the safe and efficient preparation of radiopharmaceuticals for use in diagnostic and therapies for patients across the East Region.
Provide top-tier administrative support for CUH Radiopharmacy, including assistance with package consignment, product procurement, and the completion of daily spreadsheets.
Ensure a professional administrative service for the Radiopharmacy Department and the Head of Department.
Maintain manufacturing study files and documentation oversee and follow up on Trust-wide GCP training, and manage the DocuSign Radiopharmacy contracts signature process. This includes data collection and entry for suppliers and customers, maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and logs, and facilitating Trust-wide communication to ensure GCP training compliance for all Radiopharmacy research staff in accordance with Trust requirements.

Essential criteria
- • Educated to NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience in Customer Service/Business Admin/ITQ in a relevant subject or equivalent previous proven experience
Desirable criteria
- • Educated to Degree level or equivalent experience
- • Advanced Excel Training Course/qualification
- • GCP certificate
- • Procurement process experience
Experience
Essential criteria
- • Demonstrable level of leadership and administrative experience at a high level of competence
- • Demonstrable experience of working in a small team environment
- • Demonstrable experience in dealing with the public and dealing with sensitive and confidential information
- • Intermediate knowledge of IT systems and software programmes such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
- • Understanding of Confidentiality and Data Protection Act
- • Knowledge of NHS issues
- • Previous experience of taking minutes of meetings and transcribing notes accurately and efficiently
