Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the Neonatal Operational Delivery Network (NODN), as an administrator.
The successful candidate will assist in providing comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and commitment to maintaining high standards. This role will include minute taking at meetings, organisation of meetings, coordination of team member’s diaries and supporting social media and website maintenance. The post holder will deputise for the office manager in their absence.
Part time – 25hours (core hours required with flexible options). Remote working, travel will be required for network events within the East of England.
We are a team striving to improve neonatal care and family experience across the 17 Neonatal units across the East of England.
The post holder will need excellent communication skills and be able to support across many different settings. The Neonatal ODN is hosted by CUH however as a team we work remotely.

Essential criteria
- Administration/Secretarial Qualification or equivalent experience (if applicable).
- GCSE English Language grade 4 or above.

- Team leader/management qualification

- Experience of working in a busy clerical/office environment or reception service
- Secretarial and /or administrative experience including minute taking
- Prioritising, planning and organising own tasks
- Working within guidelines
