Job overview
Working within a complex environment the post holder has responsibility for managing, tracking and navigating RTT pathways.
Main duties of the job
Validating, amending and improving data quality in relation to pathways from initial referral, through diagnostics to completion of patient’s episode. Liaising and co-coordinating with all involved in the patient’s management. Accessing and updating a range of Trust databases, ensuring that national and local targets are met and reported on at the divisional and relevant PTLs.

Essential criteria
- GCSE Maths & English or Equivalent.
- Customer Service/ Business Admin /ITQ or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable criteria
- Relevant training on RTT pathway management.
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of working within a healthcare setting.
- Prioritising, planning and organising own and others tasks.
- Experience of dealing with difficult situations and confrontations.
- Data entry experience and documentation.
Desirable criteria
- Previous experience of working in NHS.
- Previous experience of working with medical records.
- Experience of working with EPIC hospital system.
- Experience of working with CHEQs.
