On a daily basis, you will help organise the daily allocation of work in conjunction with the team leader and other clinical leaders, taking into account the development needs of the staff.

Your educational responsibilities will be far reaching covering all staff on PDU and C2, ensuring mandatory training is up to date, as well as developing teaching strategies to promote and enhance the care that is provided to this patient group.
