Cardiff and Vale University Health Board (the UHB) is a Smoke Free Health Board. Smoking is banned across all of the UHB sites. Staff are therefore not able to smoke in the hospital grounds or on any other UHB premises.

A fabulous and exciting part-time opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated friendly individual with secretarial experience to join our dynamic dental team. The post is to provide efficient secretarial and administrative support services for the Dental Directorate. The role gives the opportunity to show initiative and requires organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of individuals.

The successful candidate must be flexible to the service, proactive and have excellent computer skills. Experience of working in the NHS and knowledge of digital dictation are desirable but training can be provided for the right candidate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
