Operational Services are looking to recruit and administration assistant to work in our busy Operational Services Team at Velindre Cancer Centre ,

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a friendly patient focused receptionist service welcoming and receiving visitors , contractors and addressing all enquires . Receiving incoming calls via telephone, communicating via email, telephone or face to face for all enquiries. Supporting the Operational Services Management team with new projects and innovations that are current and ongoing for the New Velindre Cancer Centre 

They will provide a full administration service to all operational services teams and managers, contacting contractors and suppliers  when required and liaising with procurement teams.

Rising appropriate orders and receipting via the oracle systems, collating information and populating all spread sheets, Taking minuets, organizing meetings, typing reports and updating all staff personnel details.

Working within the values and the behaviours of the Trust.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
