Come and join our great Nutrition and Dietetic team in Hywel Dda University Health Board. Band 5 dietitian, full time (37.5hours), base negotiable. We are open to flexible working helping you to achieve a good work - life balance.

We are looking for a band 5 dietitian to join our community team in Ceredigion.  The successful dietitian will join a dynamic team aiming to deliver and enable other health and care staff to provide excellent nutritional care as a key determinant of patient outcomes. The role will involve managing a varied adult caseload working as part of the MDT, delivering clinics and supporting the delivery of training and education .  This role offers the opportunity to develop your clinical knowledge and skills and actively participate in quality improvement and development work.

Informal discussion and visits are very welcome

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
