We are seeking a Specialty Doctor to join our Trauma & Orthopaedics team at Withybush General Hospital. Main duties of the job
The post holder will contribute to the provision of comprehensive trauma and elective orthopaedic services, working closely with consultant colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care.

The role also involves maintaining accurate clinical records, completing discharge documentation and ensuring high standards of clinical governance.
The successful candidate will actively participate in audit, quality improvement and governance activities, contributing to the ongoing development of the service. There will also be opportunities to engage in postgraduate teaching and learning activities, supporting the department's strong commitment to education, continuous improvement and professional development.
