Cynorthwyydd Cyfathrebu

A ydych yn chwilio am swydd wefreiddiol lle mae pob diwrnod yn wahanol, lle cewch y fraint o helpu pobl ardderchog i adrodd eu straeon, a lle byddwch, ar yr un pryd, yn gwella iechyd y boblogaeth?

Os ydych yn gyfathrebwr rhagorol, sydd â phrofiad o ddefnyddio'r gair ysgrifenedig, dylunio graffig, sain neu fideo i gyrraedd at gynulleidfaoedd gwahanol ar sawl platfform, a siarad â nhw, yna gallai hon fod yn swydd ar eich cyfer chi.

Rydym yn recriwtio Cynorthwyydd Cyfathrebu i helpu Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Hywel Dda i gyflawni ei weledigaeth o sicrhau poblogaeth hapusach, iachach yng Nghanolbarth a Gorllewin Cymru.

Bydd y rol yn ddarparu cyfle i weithio'n rhan o dîm cyfathrebu prysur, gan gefnogi pob agwedd ar gyflenwi'r GIG yn ein cymunedau, ein canolfannau iechyd, ein hysbytai a'n hamgylcheddau swyddfa gefn. Bydd hyn yn cynnwys cyfathrebu â staff, ymgyrchoedd iechyd, gwaith cynlluniedig ac ymatebol gyda'r cyfryngau, a gweithio gyda phartneriaid i gyflawni nodau cyffredin.

Rydym yn chwilio am unigolion brwdfrydig sy'n alluog i weithio mewn modd hyblyg ac mewn amgylchedd o fwrlwm, ac sy'n meddu ar y gallu a'r awydd i deithio o gwmpas ein tair sir.

Bydd sgiliau yn y Gymraeg (lefel 4 ein Matrics Sgiliau'r Gymraeg) yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd er mwyn i ni allu cyfathrebu yn newis iaith unigolion ac yn unol â Strategaeth Sgiliau Dwyieithog Bwrdd Iechyd y Brifysgol. Rydym yn annog ceisiadau yn y naill iaith neu'r llall (Cymraeg a Saesneg).

Cyfweliadau i'w cynnal ar 3 Ionawr 2020.

Communications Assistant

Do you want a thrilling job where every day is different and you get the privilege of helping some wonderful people tell their stories whilst at the same time improving population health?

If you are an excellent communicator with experience in using the written word, graphic design, audio or video to reach and talk with different audiences on multiple platforms, then this could be the job for you.

We are recruiting a Communication Assistant to help Hywel Dda University Health Board achieve its vision of a happier, healthier mid and west Wales.

The role will provide an opportunity to work as part of a busy communications team, supporting all aspects of local NHS delivery in our communities, health centres, hospitals and back office environments. This will involve staff facing communications, health campaigns, planned and reactive work with the media, and working with partners to achieve common goals.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who are able to work flexibly and in a high paced environment, with the ability and desire to get ‘out and about’ across our three counties.

Welsh language skills (level 4 of our Welsh Language Skills Matrix) will be essential so we can communicate in the language of choice and in accordance with the UHB’s Bilingual Skills Strategy. We encourage applications in either language (Welsh and English).

Interviews will be held on 3 January 2020.
