Job overview

The Catering Department at Prince Philip  Hospital is currently looking to recruit a bank Catering Assistant who would like to join a large team of individuals within the department in providing an effective and efficient cleaning and catering service. The successful candidate will play an integral role within the team in ensuring that the food is prepared, delivered and the department is cleaned to the highest standard.

The post-holder will be required to provide a catering and food service for all patients & visitors, in accordance with the agreed Catering and Nutritional Policy, as well as the Food Safety Regulations and Food Hygiene Regulations.

Main duties of the job

In this role, you’ll be supporting the catering service, helping to make sure patients, staff and visitors receive safe, high-quality meals every day.
