An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to recruit a Temporary Staffing Advisor to join CWPs Temporary Staffing Service.
The Temporary Staffing Service provides a seven-day service with the focus on ensuring that CWP additional staffing requirements are met through either bank or agency.
The successful candidate will be working collaboratively with wards and departments to place temporary workers into identified staffing requirements.
Applicants should have the ability to think calmly and logically under pressure and have a positive attitude to maintaining high standards with attention to detail at all times. They will be quick to learn, be able to work as part of a team and also possess the ability to work unsupervised using their own initiative.
They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to provide high standards of service provision. Excellent IT skills are needed for the role, including word and excel.
Experience of using Allocate products and ESR is advantageous.
The post is part time 30 hours per week.
Main duties of the job
The role is hybrid working, which includes working from home and from the team base, which is Redesmere, Countess of Chester Health Park, Chester . This role is part time and the successful applicant will be expected to work 30 hours over 4 days (7.5 hour shifts), which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
The service runs 364 days a year, with our working hours being Monday – Friday 08.00-19.30 & Weekends/Bank Holidays – 08.00-19.30
