Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining accurate medical records and adhering to clinical protocols. Additionally, you will provide emotional support and education to patients and their families, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and engage in ongoing professional development to uphold the highest standards of critical care nursing.
