Main duties of the job
Develop Expertise in Clinical Practice

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Master of Pharmacy (MPharm) 4-year degree or equivalent, plus 1 year pre-registration training and experience
- Member of the General Pharmaceutical Council
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of research or audit
- Experience of giving presentations
- Experience of mentoring or training others
Desirable criteria
- Foundation training year (or equivalent) in hospital pharmacy sector
skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Essential criteria
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good manipulation skills for preparing extemporaneous / aseptic products
- Good working knowledge of standard computer software (Word, PowerPoint) & ability to develop I.T. skills
- Knowledge of internet searching
- Good knowledge of Pharmacy Law and Ethics
- Good knowledge of Clinical Pharmacy and Therapeutics
