We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our team where our purpose is to deliver seamless, high quality, safe healthcare for all. Although the successful candidate will be employed by South Tees Foundation Trust  STHFT, there may be an expectation of collaborative working across the Tees Valley in the future should the need be required. The post holder will be expected to rotate between all the sites we cover including James Cook, Friarage, Redcar, Guisborough, Tees Valley CDC and One Life Centre.

South Tees  Foundation Trust is already nationally recognised as one of the leading healthcare providers in England for the quality of our services. The Trust has a designated regional major trauma center, with a 24-hour acute admissions unit and specialised services in cancer, neurosciences, spinal injuries, cardiology and renal medicine.

Main duties of the job

Main duties will include preparing patients prior to their ultrasound scans and assisting the patients throughout their time within the department, maintaining an efficient daily worklist through dealing with patient queries, appointments and assisting the Sonographers and Radiologists. The work will involve assisting with interventional lists.
