·        To attend Royal Cornwall Hospital Trust meetings as appropriate.

·        Fulfil duties of weekly timetable including any out-of- hours responsibilities.

  • The fellowship aims to improve feedback and supervision skills. Some clinical sessions will involve the supervision of junior residents. The fellow will be encouraged to provide constructive feedback and appraisal.
  • It is anticipated that if the appointment is for 12 months, the fellow will complete a qualification in teaching and training during the fellowship.
