You will learn transferable experience in the management of unwell babies which will support you in any future career.

Over the past few years the clinical fellows have provided overwhelmingly good feedback on their experience at our unit and many have chosen a career in Paediatrics as a result. We are keen to support your career with 20% of your time flexibly used to develop non clinical skills if you wish, such as QI, education or research within the department.
