Job overview
We are seeking to appoint Receptionists to cover our busy Emergency Management Unit/SSU and AFU on a permanent basis.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive clerical co-ordination service and to receive patients across the divisions wards. To ensure that patients and visitors receive a friendly, customer focussed and efficient service. The post involves receiving and handling information which is confidential and therefore the post holder must maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Maintaining a professional front of house image.
- Providing efficient administration support to the ward.
- Liaising with patients, outside agencies and other services / departments within the trust in a professional manner.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times.
