Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Clinic Co-ordination team for a new Administration Assistant team member.  

This post will primarily be based within the clinic co-ordination team dealing with various aspects of clinic management and a good knowledge of Medway would be desirable.

The person will need to be highly motivated, have good communication skills, be a team player and be used to working in a fast paced environment.

Main duties of the job

To ensure a professional service and maintain confidentiality at all time.

As an Admin Assistant you are responsible for providing general clerical duties supporting the team, working within established procedures and protocols.

This will include working within a multi- disciplinary team.

  • Educated to GCSE grade C or above standard (or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • Excellent keyboard skills
