EPR Project and Change Workstream Lead
DSFS Grade E
Trosolwg o'r swydd
The Digital Design Collaborative (DDC) is a forward-thinking partnership of NHS Acute Trusts across the East Midlands, united in delivering a region-wide digital transformation. Our shared ambition is to operate as one integrated healthcare system, powered by digital excellence.
Our vision:
“We will have the best EPR in the NHS for the benefit of our patients, staff and population.”
We’re achieving this by:
- Prioritising patient safety and wellbeing
- Empowering staff with intuitive digital tools
- Embracing innovation and collaboration to deliver lasting impact
Together, we are implementing a nationally leading Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system that will revolutionise care delivery—enabling instant access to information, reducing paper use, and enhancing clinical decision-making.
Unlike traditional recruitment models, we’re taking a regional approach—hiring strategically for roles that support the entire East Midlands footprint. This allows us to deploy expertise where it’s needed most, whether that’s designing cross-Trust solutions or supporting local implementation. Many roles are hybrid, with some travel across the region.
As EPR Project and Change Workstream Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering the new EPR system—supporting clinical transformation through the implementation of advanced digital capabilities.

- Organising readiness events and supervising change workstreams.
- Applying robust project management methodologies and tools.

This is your chance to shape the future of healthcare in the East Midlands—bringing people, processes, and technology together to deliver better outcomes for patients and staff.
