Lead data cleansing, reconciliation and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and complete migration.
Manage migration risks, issues and defects, supporting resolution through testing, rehearsal and go-live.
Coordinate migration testing, including mock migrations, dress rehearsals and final cutover.
Produce migration reports, dashboards and status updates for programme governance.
Ensure compliance with Information Governance, GDPR, NHS standards and cybersecurity requirements.
Lead migration resources and suppliers, providing oversight and best practice guidance.
Support operational readiness, go-live and post-implementation stabilisation activities.
