Job overview
The post offers the successful candidate experience in advanced endoscopic sinonasal surgery techniques, endoscopic anterior skull base surgery and advanced septorhinoplasty techniques. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to train with a ‘state of the art’ image guidance system. The post holder will be expected to participate in ongoing Rhinology research projects in the department and where appropriate in the Peninsula Medical School. Qualifications
Essential criteria
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Successful completion of MRCS (ENT) or equivalent at time of application
Career Progression
Essential criteria
- Ability to provide a complete employment history
- Evidence that present achievement and performance is commensurate with totality of period of training.
- Meets professional health requirements (in line with GMC standards/Good Medical Practice)
- Four years’ experience in ENT

You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
