Main duties of the job
You will act as the main point of contact for the Development and Partnerships team. You will carry out diary management, the organisation of events and meetings, preparing and formatting documents and presentations, order supplies and ensure the working environment is safe and welcoming.
You will respond directly to queries and requests for information or refer to an appropriate manager. You will be highly familiar with standard MS Office software to create and update documents to a high standard, including the creation of presentations, charts, graphs and tables.
We are flexible as to how the 22.5 hours are worked across the week but require a proportion of time to cover Wednesday and Thursday, when the majority of the team are working. The role will mainly be office based due to the nature of the duties, with some opportunity to work remotely.
