You will work across the pelvic health service in both acute and community teams, supporting physiotherapists to deliver high‑quality care in line with Trust values. As part of your competency programme, you will review and progress patient treatment following agreed protocols and pathways. Once competencies and the Apprenticeship Award are achieved, you will lead urogynae and antenatal education classes, provide follow‑up, and act as first contact for prostatectomy assessments.

Working with the Trust Education Department, course providers, and physiotherapy supervisors, you will progress from a Band 3 Physiotherapy Assistant on a Trust Apprenticeship contract (Level 5) toward Band 4 competencies.
