- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Children in Care team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails and enquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain accurate patient records on systems such as SystmOne and PAS.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Good General Education – GCSE /Level A-C including English and Maths or equivalent.
- NVQ level 3 Business and Administration or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
- RSA II text and word processing or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
Desirable criteria
- Administration qualification – or willingness to undertake Courses endorsed by the Trust
- ECDL or alternative IT qualification or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
Experience
Essential criteria
- Evidence of previous administration or secretarial experience in a busy environment
- Previous experience of record keeping and filing systems
- Experience of organising and prioritising own workload, working in a busy environment, and meeting deadlines
Desirable criteria
- Previous NHS Administration experience
- Use of computerised record systems
Skills
Essential criteria
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Professional telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Able to work as part of a team but also independently, with minimum supervision
- Able to work on own initiative within guidelines
