We are currently seeking a maintenance craftsperson to join our small Accommodation team undertaking planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks.
We are looking for an individual who can apply a flexible and approachable attitude to undertaking a wide variety of building crafts for repair, refurbishment and maintenance of our accommodation for the Trust and also be able to work cross site if necessary.
Ensuring the highest standards of visual appeal and material protection as appropriate to the building crafts in building civil engineering operations.
Hours of Post: Wednesday to Friday 08.00-16.00 = 22.5 hours per week
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
