As part of this dynamic team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of education and training across the Trust by helping to manage and administer a wide range of learning opportunities via our Totara Learning Management System – MyLearn. Main duties of the job

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be part of a small, supportive team of administrators who are central to the success of our digital learning services. Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Supporting the setup, maintenance, and smooth delivery of education and training activities.
  • Ensuring all users have seamless access to learning content through MyLearn.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to staff across the Trust.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in the TED Team and wider Trust to maximise the impact and reach of our Learning Management System.

 

Once trained, you’ll be a key point of contact for staff, helping them navigate MyLearn and ensuring their learning experience is smooth, engaging, and effective.

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE Level English and Maths Grade C or equivalent
  • NVQ level 3 in business administration or relevant subject or equivalent level of knowledge and experience
Desirable criteria
  • Totara Site administration training
  • Higher Education qualification (i.e. ‘A’Level/NVQ 3)or equivalen

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Previous experience in administration, preferably in a healthcare or educational setting.
  • Experienced user of MS Office packages including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook/NHS Mail.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage changing and/or conflicting deadlines.
  • High level of communication/ interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the organisation and with excellent customer service values.
Desirable criteria
  • Experience of database management and information systems
  • Experience of dealing with confidential information
  • perience of working in a customerfocused environment.
