Job overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised personal assistant to provide efficient and professional admin support to the Director of finance and the Director of estates and facilities

The ideal candidate will have admin or PA experience, excellent comms skills and a proactive flexible approach

This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and contribute to the effective running of key trust services

Main duties of the job

You will manage busy diaries, coordinate meetings prepare agendas and papers and act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills , attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Educated to GCSE level with English
  • RSA III or proven equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Accurate minute taking and transcription
  • Recognised IT qualification or evidence of equivalent skills including expert use of Microsoft Office, including Powerpoint, internet and electronic diaries
  • NVQ4 / diploma level business administration qualification or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
  • Advanced secretarial diploma
  • Project management qualification
  • Understanding of complex financial terminology

Skills

Essential criteria
  • IT skills to produce good quality presentations and reports
  • Experience of managing diaries at a senior level
