The Conquest Hospital in Hastings and our Community Services were rated ‘Outstanding’ and Eastbourne DGH was rated ‘Good’ Our two acute hospitals have Emergency Departments and provide 24 hour a day care, offering a comprehensive range of surgical, medical, outpatient and maternity services, supported by a full range of diagnostic and therapy services.
In the summer of 2020, the Trust launched its ambitious ‘Building for our Future’ (BFF) programme. This once in a lifetime programme aims to redevelop and expand our hospitals at Eastbourne, Hastings and Bexhill, transforming the environment in which we provide care for generations to come.

Trosolwg o'r swydd
The post holder will work under direction to coordinate all Hotel Services within the department and work as part of the HSDU team ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable environment is maintained.
To work closely with the Management and Quality team in
ensuring service standards are met.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
- To participate in domestic duties in partnership with the department
housekeeper - Assist in monitoring and assist in maintaining cleaning standards in the department and report on the level of cleanliness in the area.
- Participate both in domestic and departmental monitoring where required.
- Spot cleaning i.e. ensure spillages are dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
- By working with, and following guidance from the HSDU and Housekeeping team, ensure equipment in all areas is in a clean condition and available for immediate use.
- Upkeep of department appearance i.e. removing clutter, removing broken equipment from areas, attending to storage requirements all under guidance from HSDU Supervisors / Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of all duties carried out as required.

- A good level of education (to GSCE standard or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
