Job overview
East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is looking for a dynamic CCAB/CIMA/CIPFA qualified Accountant (or equivalent NHS experience) to take on a Finance Business Partner role working with a Clinical/Commercial Division/Central Division.
Although advertised as full time, part time/flexible hours requests are also welcome.
Main duties of the job
You will be a self-motivated, pro-active individual with strong time management and organisational skills. You will have excellent communication,
influencing and analysis skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large and varied datasets are also requirements of this role.
This is a varied and challenging role in a complex and dynamic environment but you will have a real opportunity to make a difference to the Trust in securing its financial sustainability.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivery as an inspiring and empowering manager.
As a senior member of the Finance Team the successful candidate will be involved in the management, training and development of other
members of the Trust, both finance and non-finance based, as appropriate.
You will be working with senior financial, clinical and operational managers and executives both inside and outside the Trust.
