Trosolwg o'r swydd

We are looking for a motivated and highly committed individual to work closely with the team of 8 Consultants within the Department of Urology at Castle Hill Hospital. The Department is a busy tertiary referral cancer centre providing a comprehensive range of urology services.

This is a substantive post with a sub-specialist interest in female and reconstructive urology surgery. It is intended that the post-holder will work within, and continue to develop, the already established female and reconstruction service at Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. In addition, the successful candidate is expected to deliver general urology services to help deliver 2-week wait cancer and 18-week new referral to treatment targets, providing a 1:9 week acute on-call.

Hull was the 2017 UK City of Culture and has a vibrant atmosphere of ambition, innovation and inspiration. The surrounding East Riding of Yorkshire and East Yorkshire coast has outstanding beauty and there are many small and beautiful villages to live in. Close by is the market town of Beverley with its imposing Minster Cathedral.

Candidates for the post must be registered medical practitioners and will be on the Specialist Register on the date of the Appointments Committee.
