Auxiliary Nurse

Band 2

We have vacancies full and part time posts on ward 6 for two Band 2 Auxiliary nurses to join our team on this ward caring for patients with a wide range of General Surgical and Plastic Surgical problems. The ward has a total of 28 beds and 2 assessment rooms. Successful applicants will gain experience in supporting Staff and Patients in the ward area.

Experience caring for patients with Surgical problems would be an advantage but is not essential as full support will be given to the successful applicant. Applicants should have experience of caring for patients in the Acute Setting.

You should be enthusiastic, motivated and committed to the delivery of high quality patient care and be able to work effectively within a very busy environment.

** Salary relates to year 2 of 3 year NHS pay deal
