Job overview
The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our Structural Cardiology Service on a 2-year fixed term basis.
You will be a vital part of our team and will support with coordinating clinic appointments, maintaining a patient database, communicating with care providers, conducting audits, and facilitating pathway scalability.

Main duties of the job
This interesting role has been created to underpin the operational delivery of the new structural heart fast‑track pathway, ensuring seamless movement of patients from identification through to specialist assessment and treatment.
It will support both the CTC and the wider structural heart service, enabling the pathway to scale sustainably while maintaining high standards of care, communication, and audit readiness.
