Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital provider in the Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System (ICS), which is a system of health and care partners working together for our local population.
Within Mid and South Essex there are 149 GP practices, operating from over 200 sites, forming 27 Primary Care Networks and one Ambulance Trust. There are also three main community and mental health service providers who work together through a community collaborative.

Job overview
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust are recruiting for a Referral To Treatment (RTT) Validator to join our team based at our Basildon or Broomfield site.
Our fantastic Validation team are responsible for ensuring that the timeline data for patients on the waiting lists (RTT and non RTT, planned and open referrals) is accurate and appropriately reflects the patients’ current position on the pathway.
This role requires liaison with colleagues across the Trust from all disciplines and supports excellent clinical service to the patients. The team requires a validator to work with the existing validation team a to deliver accurate data quality and RTT support to colleagues across the Trust.

EPUT and MSEFT are embarking on the implementation of a UK first of type Unified Electronic Patient Record (UEPR) system that spans Acute, Mental Health and Community services. The new system will be delivered through the Nova Programme, alongside our commercial partners for this significant transformative journey.
