Job overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Data Manager to join our Haemoglobinopathy Coordinating Centre, supporting 'The Red Cell Network' in delivering high-quality data across NHS Trusts in London, the South of England, and East Anglia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a keen attention to detail. Your role will involve gathering, collating, and managing data from various Trusts to ensure accurate and consistent records, supporting our commitment to excellent patient care. You should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively and have the skills to present complex data clearly and professionally.

Main duties of the job

Key responsibilities include:

•    Collecting and managing data across Trusts within The Red Cell Network.
•    Collaborating with healthcare professionals to standardise data processes.

Working for our organisation

Our ambition is to deliver excellent local and specialist services, to improve the health and well being of our patients, and provide a vibrant place for staff to develop, innovate and build careers.

We aim to make the most of our skills and experiences so we can become the best we can be. As one organisation we will recruit the finest and retain more specialist staff due to more employment opportunities across our Trust.
