Job overview
An exciting opportunity is available for an administrator to support the Community Cardiac Service to set up a project for patients on the caseload to manage their condition at home.
The role involves producing an inventory of equipment and organising distribution to the clinics.
Project data will need to be collated in a timely manner.
Main duties of the job
- Skilled in administrative duties, as well as have knowledge around Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and competent use of SystmOne
- To plan and organise own work schedule with the use of appropriate planning aids, demonstrating good time management and ensure anticipated difficulties in meeting deadlines are promptly reported.
- To ensure that secure systems are in place for the storage of all resources including computerised information.
- To ensure all phone calls are dealt with in a professional and timely manner

Providing a comprehensive administrative support for clinicians
- Use administrative knowledge and experience to support the team with tasks
- Professional and effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies and ensuring Provide is represented as an outstanding organisation
Person specification
Has a qualification in Business Administration or relevant demonstrable administrative experience.
Essential criteria
- Has a qualification Business Administration or relevant demonstrable administrative experience including Microsoft Office
Desirable criteria
- Has ECDL or similar qualification & uses Microsoft Office often
Previous use of databases and IT systems eg SystmOne.

Has a full UK driving Licence and use of a car
